I ran an Empathy Map Workshop to understand the needs of the cookware customers.

BEYOND + Design Workshop

I ran a session to Design Studio using the How might we… technique to understand the some business and customer pain points with the BEYOND+ features.

Personalization Design Workshop

This theme for this session was looking at different audiences we can target for personalized experiences and coming up with some ideas for those audiences. We did a round of crazy 8’s then did dot voting to pick our favorite ideas. These ideas sessions build a great backlog.
